The Thursday “ladies day“ offer sounded like a good deal. And it was o.k., although it took quite a while to do the work. But NOWHERE-not online, not in any texts, and nowhere on the physical facility-is there a sign that says they do not accept personal checks. When time came to pay, I was asked if I wanted to pay cash or use a card? I said cash (because, like everywhere these days, they charge a 3% fee on credit cards). Absolutely the worst service department I've ever dealt with. I've been abullshitted around with for almost a year now and I've given them several times to get a job done and all I'll gotten has been lies and broken promises. I was in the market of looking to do a trade in and with Nissan but this experience has definitely changed my mind. I will NEVER get another Nissan or recommend one. Had my new car towed to service department due to engine failure, called the next day to get some idea of when they would diagnose problem, the service department manager could not even give me a time frame at all, car was just sitting there for a week so I called again and was told the same thing no idea... The next morning I get a call from the manager of service department and he was calling me to advise me to get my car towed to any other dealership!!! When purchasing a car and they promise to repair anything do not I repeat DO NOT sign anything until the repairs are done and looked over by yourself!!! These people are not in the business of honoring their words and when questioned about it they are rude and dismissive to women. I would drive to another state to purchase a car before ever dealing with these people again!! Buyer beware these are the people that give car salesmen a bad name!
