RecommendedIt was wonderful and Nathan is a fantastic salesman.
My son took his car there for service and was taken advantage of. The service department broke the tire sensor (perfect prior to entering) while changing his tires and charged HIM for it. He was also overcharged for a few other items. FYI, my brother is a service manager at a Hyundai service department in the northeast and has been in the business for over 10 yrs. I showed him the service bill and he’s was appalled. He actually called the service manager at Burke and was told to there wasn’t anything that could now be done. ... read more

DO NOT recommend this place. I went in for a test drive on 8/29 and was supposed to get a Visa gift card for my time & effort. Here it is, today 12/10 and I STILL HAVE NOT received it!!! I’ve contacted the corporate customer service, who “said” they passed this along to the dealership itself. Then I spoke to someone at the dealership (don’t remember her name, but wish I HAD). Because here it is, 3 1/2 months later, the holiday coming up, etc. And NOTHING. I’ve since called the dealership, unable to get in touch with anyone. ... read more
My wife took her 2015 Hyundai in this morning to have her check engine light checked. After it was all said and done they wanted $2400!!! The car has less than 90,000 miles and it has been serviced regularly. When I told them we weren’t going to allow them to mess us over they still charged us $160 just to look at the car. We will NEVER do business with Jim Burke again! What a rip off!!!
