Making a purchase from Rod Parkin I worked with Rod and he was very friendly and was not pushy in the process. He was very thorough and answered all our questions. He was very patient even though we left the dealership to grab lunch and look at other dealerships. In a short period of time he tried to explain as many features of the Hyundai Tucson as he could. This was important to me because I had not driven a late model car with rear view camera and Bluetooth and many of the other features.

Wonderful experience twice! Bought a Kona in August for animal reasons found out soon that it was way to small. UGH!!! Now I’m in need of another suv I waited only 6 months then went back to Hallmark Hyundai expressed my problem to them. Within a few minutes they had me bringing one home to try it out awsum then gave me a wonderful deal on trade in& new purchase! Counldnt have been treated any nicer by any of staff. New car lease John Honeycutt was absolutely the best salesman I have ever worked with. I practically spent 5 or 6 hours at the dealership. He explained all of my options for buying or leasing. After I leased the vehicle, he spent at least 30 minutes showing me how everything works. He went above and beyond to help me which was very much appreciated.
Great car, great dealership Both my son and I have bought cars from this dealership. Working with Marcelo I got a great deal on my trade in, a 2013 Santa Fe with 270,000 miles. Yes I drive a lot! Excellent Dealership-Wonderful Experience Recently bought two new Hyundais from Hallmark. A new Hyundai Elantra SEL and a new Hyundai Sonata Sport. WOW!! Two beautiful cars. Great experience! Tyler was great! Answered all our questions (there were many), was attentive to what we were looking for and explained thoroughly all aspects of the vehicle. He did a great job of helping us thru the entire process and ensuring that everything was done. Anne was also Very thorough and efficient with in all the paperwork that was needed to be completed.
