Let me start by saying this is not my first experience with Hallmark. My first was in 2013 when we purchased an Elantra. I am back because these guys were great back then! And I don't just mean the sales dept. No one touched our Elantra but these parts and service folks! We are now a proud TWO Hyundai family. We kept the Elantra and added a Kona! Everyone do ourself a favor and when in the market, go see these Great Folks at Hallmark! I will probably purchase here Forever!!
I was shocked by how chill and painless the process was. John listened to what we were looking for, and offered fantastic advice that helped us narrow down our selection. Including test drive and paperwork, we were out the door with a new car in three hours. Highly recommend this place, will go back to this dealership again.
My visit to this dealership was very pleasant. The sales lady was efficient and thorough. There was no pressure to purchase a car and I felt that my finding the right car for me was her priority.
Hallmark Hyundai is not a pressure cooker dealership. There was no pressure from the first hello to the transfer of ownership. Ticia (Sales) was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Ann (Business Office) got us a good interest rate and Ken (General Manager) got us set up for the test drive reward card and made sure we were taken care of. There was never any pressure to buy the car or the warranties. I would highly recommend this dealership because of the people, the brand, the pricing, and the inventory.

Very good people and a great deal! Made me feel welcome. Helped me choose between the new Sonata or Santa Fe, very happy they could help. Give me a great deal as well. Overall very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend to anyone in the Nashville Area to checkout Hallmark.
Great experience I wanted to say Teshia King made my day . Everything was ready and the car waiting for my test drive when I arrived. I would say it has been the quickest and best experience on buying a car from this dealership. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
Best Sales people I have ever dealt with I have to say that Hallmark Hyundai is not a dealership just looking to sell cars. They are more like a family, and they want you to get the the perfect car that fits you and your family. Buying a car can be a pain stakeing process but they made it really enjoyable to buy a car. I would recommend them to everyone buying a new car. I plan on building a strong long lasting friendship with them.
Great experience! Highly recommended! Easiest car purchasing experience ever. Our salesman, Michael Blair friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to us all the features of the car. He wasn't pushy and intimidating like the car salesmen we've dealt with in the past. The whole experience was pleasant.
