I would not recommend Jim Burke Jeep to anyone, I leased a brand new compass through Jim Burke and Chrysler Capital a few years ago and had issues from day 1, they “lost” the second set of keys and I only received one set, I never received a final copy of my lease although I reached out multiple times to no response. I continued to reach out regarding the extra set of keys as well and yet again no response. Was disappointed to find out that if you don't have your vehicle serviced according to Dodge then your free oil change for life is voided. Nothing is really free is it.
Brought my car in for service. Was told I needed a water pump. It's been almost a month now, and no water pump. I'm told it's on backorder. I asked "so you're telling me that no Dodge Chargers in the entire country can get a water pump right now". They claimed that was true. I just don't believe it. It doesn't seem like they have any urgency to fix my car, and that if they really wanted to figure out the problem, they could. Do you know how much it sucks to not have a car for a month?
