Had me bring my vehicle at 8 and it’s 5:30 and they never even looked at it. The service manager apparently leaves early and won’t help with a problem.
I took 2 of my 11 trucks to Jim Burke Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram back in February they had been giving me the run around about my truck every since then. I Called them in April askin wasup with my trucks getting fixed because THEY DO NOT DO ANY FOLLOW UP OR UPDATE CALLS ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE!! They gave me some excuse about they haven’t got to it yet!!! So took my jeep in to have the air conditioning repaired and in the process they broke my dashboard. I understand that dashboards become brittle over time but their statement that they had "repaired" it was incorrect. They broke the dashboard over the drivers side and instead of replacing the dashboard they put some cheap glue on it that has drips all over the dashboard. I was in a scramble trying to find a vehicle and this rude lady salesperson started telling me what I needed to do. Then basically insulted my intelligence by saying that I couldn’t do simple math. Needless to say I will never do business with them. Just Wow!?!???
Please! Think twice, Jim Burke Automotive and some of the employees are racist! They have their employees performing very poor deals on customers in sales and refinancing! Especially black customers, such as myself, black employees, such as Yvonne Coleman in sales, Q and T Thomas in financing! Don’t take my word for it! Because I was coaxed to put in a engine filter when I had less than 27000 miles on my car on my Jeep and was told by another service worker that they are not required until up to 30000 miles! I thought that was deceptive! But it’s done now!!!
Took my truck to be serviced only to find out it takes a certified mechanic 2 hours to replace fuel filters. I have done this my self in 30 minutes. The air filter takes 5 minutes to replace took an hour. I will not return to Jim Burke Dodge.
