I would like to thank the team at Gateway Kia for their outstanding service. Hezekiah, Alex, Big John, and Dillion were awesome. We purchased a Telluride from them and it had some unfortunate issues. These guys went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They were able to get us in different Telluride and did everything in such a timely manner. They were compassionate and did everything in their power to make the situation smooth and painless. Thank you guys again.

Their service department is excellent. Our Kia Sportage had problems with the heat and A/C one month before our warranty ran out. The service manager Andy made sure that the service got done in time when we had a prior other Kia dealer give us a runaround. The repairs cost us nothing.

I went yesterday to LOOK at a Kia Telluride, just to look not to buy (planned on buying later this week). Upon arrival Angelo greeted us in the parking lot, and from there he showed us every single thing we wanted to see, i test drove a car and next thing I knew I was buying my very first car!!! I went to Kia Gateway Warrington to get my forte inspected. I then wanted to trade it in for another lease and went to talk with Jessica and Alex assistant manager made it happen along with John. They are the nicest sales people that I have come acoss in a long time. They treat there customers with utmost respect and make you feel very comfortable buying or leasing a car. Very friendly and courtious dealership. Definitely recommend to family and friends. 🚘😀
