My car had been having an issue that was diagnosed to be a very expensive repair elsewhere. But then it seemed to stop. I took it to Gateway with the expensive repair scheduled. They did their own diagnostic and determined that the repair did not need to be done. It had resolved itself. They could have done the repair anyway and collected my money and I never would have known the difference, but they did not.
