When in for a scheduled test ride only to find out that the bike battery was dead, I was told that they had to replace the charging system and battery and if I wanted to leave they would call me when it was ready. I waited 4 hours and called back to check on the status only to be told that the service tech working on the bike only worked a half day so the job wasn't finished. I would think that if you set up an appointment to test drive a bike you would make sure it was good to go before the person shows up for the test driv... read more
Around 2:40 pm today, I visited this business along with my 3 grandsons. My intention was to begin the process and make a purchase; intended for Christmas. Sadly, we were totally ignored and neither one of the available sales associates even offered to help us. I guess they assumed we were just browsing or customer service is not not a priority. I'll take my business elsewhere... Update, after reviewing several other comments, I'll excuse the ignorance and just be grateful for the divine intervention...
One employee tells you one thing and another employee tells you just the opposite! Not the way to do or keep returning customers!! Sounds like this place is full of liars!!
Not a place I will buy another atv from or consider buying parts from. The parts and service department can't get parts right and the down time for a warranty repair was ridiculous.
Came into buy an ATV and was essentially told were not in ATV season yet. Asked about incentives and was told we don't run back all the time to look them up. Would have thought he would have showed an interest and at least looked them up. Would most likely had a sale today. Walked out disappointed after the salesman didn't seem interested in a sale. Didn't even get out of his seat to maybe go over them and create a report and sale. He failed you guys. Not sure how you stay in business with a lackluster approach from your sal... read more
I ordered a battery for a Yamaha 50 scooter with the VIN year and model, they gave me a special order battery for an electric scooter. The had the right battery in the shop. I ordered carb parts for the same scooter a week later and now after tearing it apart, they special ordered them again and gave me the wrong parts again, every one of them. I am 25 miles from there and now have to go up again to exchange the parts. Ridiculous!
Brian Parker I wouldn't buy another quad from you if you gave it to me..paid 600 for a service plan and all they did was change the oil ..no valve adjustment ..never told me I had water in differ. And don't but a Rincon 680 any little water touches it will cut out..the service man. Told me go clean all the contacts and coat them ..ain't that your job..I have all the paper from the other dealer ship i traded in at 2013 Rincon 680 with 22.5 hours
Couldn't fix electrical problem in my last bike (2006 yamaha purchased there) in three times I brought it in first time it quit right in the highway in front of the dealership and I pushed it in....then I took it to my local mechanic who works on my truck and tractor(and owns a Harley) and he fixed it right away.
