Contacted Charlie about a 125 Predator. On their website the unit is advertised for $ 1999.00 our price. Unless you read in the fine print out the door is over $ 2700.00!!! Beware!!! But with my enthusiasm, unfortunately , I missed the fine print.

Remover your general manager , left two difference message refused to call me back who purchased a twenty thousand dollar ATV from the business he is in charge of .The service manager Russ needs a lot better communication skills getting back to customers but may be starting with the GM that may be the way they run the dealership. The person who sold me the ATV Bill was excellent and tried to help me but he could only do so much in his position so i do thank him. Larry Klair

Extremely rude, lack intelligence for parts, serviced department has messed up 5 bikes I took there. I would never call them for anything again.

second time I have came in to purchase a bike and got no customer service,(August 2007) ended up going to Honda in Easton Md. and purchased brand new bike. I came today may 25th 2021 guy asked if I needed help I explained that I wanted to trade my bike in for a trike. I spent time checking out the three tikes on the floor( I was really interested in the silver and black trike ) as the person went about talking to other people. no one came over to even talk to me about the trikes so I left piss poor salesmanship to me
Customer service is horrible. I am a female rider and have been there 2x looking for a few things for my bike and not one employee spoke to me. No hello or can I help you with anything not even a head nod recognizing me as a customer and then when I did actually speak to a parts specialist still no hello I just simply asked my question and no have a good day or anything. horrible service I do not recommend this retailer.

Took my Harley Davidson 883 Superlow in for a 5,000 mile service. The service department didn’t have the air filter in stock. I went to Rommel Harley Davidson to get the air filter the Diamond Motor Sports service department asked me to wait 9 days to receive. The Service Department did install the air filter but reacted as if I did something wrong by purchasing the filter. So reached out to DMS to try and see if they would buy my 2016 Harley Softail Deluxe, need to get rid of the bike, I know I owe 16,200 on the bike researched what the sales price should be, told DMS that I wanted to get 13,000 for the bike. Get a call back from them and according to them NADA list the bike for retail at 10,500 to 11,000. Wow, sorry you weren’t happy but am curious where you got your numbers? Current NADA retail on 2016 Heritage Softail Deluxe is $16980, wholesale from $10840-$13560. NEW was $19949 in 2016. The cruiser HDs are not holding value as well as baggers. Everyone wants baggers now. I am curious what other dealers offered you for your bike?
