I brought my 2014 Sierra truck to this dealership to have my oil changed and my tires rotated, before heading back to Michigan. I filled out the customers survey to says what a long wait 3hrs and 14 minutes after having a 8 am appt. and they didn’t not have the windshield wipers, I asked to be replaced, they sent me to a advance auto a mile away. I hated Devoe. Bad service. Not only did I have bad service, my sister, and a friend had bad service. They told my sister they put a new battery in her car but they didn't. This is why I finally traded my Buick and went somewhere to buy a different car,,, just so I didn't have to deal with Devoe anymore. I loved my Buick but hated the service
Can't tell you how many times our GMC has been back to this dealership. Too many to count. The latest issue? The engine went onto 'reduced power' on US41 in heavy traffic - 10 mph. SO DANGEROUS. It's a total liability ����
Think twice about buying a vehicle here. The service department is terrible. The Service Manager is very rude. Told me if I didn't like the service I got there I should go to a different dealer. I have.
The WORSE dealership i have ever visited in my whole life. That collision dept. guy Eddie Ray is by far one that i would not recommend to my worse enemy. I have been a Cadillac customer for over 45 years, i will never again step foot into a Cadillac dealership anywhere in this world because of him. They should fire that guy, but instead, they will give him a raise i bet, wow is right.
