common liars yesterday I left my truck with them and they charged me 185 dollars for just telling me something that I knew and that I told them what it was

Made a appointment to go buy a Colorado and when I arrived they had sold it. Made the trip for NOTHING. They didn’t call or message me even though they said they did. The phone doesn’t lie, no incoming message from them of any type. I know selling is why they are there but fool me once and I won’t go back. To many dealerships that actually try to satisfy customers to try them again.

Your service sucks customer for many yet 3 bad services in the past 5 years las one 3/20/23 you don’t do nothing when I complain your answer is always sorry

After you read this, just scroll down all the OTHER reviews and look at ALL of the EXACT SAME AND SIMILAR post. This tells you there is A HUGE PROBLEM….IN the 27 years I’ve lived in Naples, I’ve NEVER had a car dealership treat me the way GMC Devoe just did. I own 2 GMC vehicles and selling both so I do not have to deal with them anymore. Pretty serious to take such drastic measures. We spent several days trying to duplicate the issue and finally were able to diagnose the problem. We repaired the vehicle and returned the vehicle back to you. After you left with the vehicle, you then came back with an air conditioning problem. The repair, as you requested, was related to a no start issue. Came all the way from WI to buy a car. Put the top down and wouldn't go back up. stuck in FL having to drive back to WI in winter. I was told "we are a family business buy a new switch and send the reciept. we will reimburse you" one year later and they ignore my calls and emails I have sent with my reciept for my switch. I really believed and took them for their word. I was fooled . Lost my trust in someone's good word.

Same old story, oil change and tire rotation, they suggested about 2 hours. Six hours later they are finished, fortunately I have experience with their waiting room failings Additionally I doubt the tires were rotated as I have one with a slow leak, it's position didn't move. Further the tires pressure monitor was not synced with the tire pressure sending units. I have been dealing with Devoe since 2003 with my first the GMC, I hate having to go to Devoe for service.

Horrible place for service. Made an appointment for 9am to get first oil change and tire rotation on my brand new truck with 6000 miles on it. Was told I should take about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs, I was fine with waiting. About 2hrs 15 min later my truck is done. I leave only to feel a strong shake in my steering at highway speeds. I call and head back to DeVoe .service person tells me maybe there was a problem before I came to them, again truck has 6k miles and I only brought it to them because they called me saying I need service.... read more

Had a terrible experience.. diagnosed our truck twice with faulty tests.. said we needed parts totaling over $4200.. got a second option and fixed both problems for under $200.. service manager was very rude and told us if we didn’t like what they said .. to go somewhere else . Scammed us with 2 inaccurate tests at $169 each that we paid for .. would never recommend this servide dept.. #scammed again by Gmc ... be aware and always get a second opinion
