I was greeted as soon as I pulled in, was directed to office 4, I can’t remember the name of the young man but he was pleasant, he knew I was there for oil change and told me there were 3 recalls on the model all parts were in and all would be done including a car wash. I signed the paper and was shown to the waiting area. I was kept informed vis text of all they were doing. When it was finished he came out and said all done walked me over to the counter, told me where the car was parked said have a great rest of the day.... read more

It’s always a very pleasant experience to go to Kia. I did not even have to wait long for my oil change. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable. and accommodating.!!! It was a great experience and I will return again for another oil change or whatever work I need it done on my car.
