Went in for oil change. Had a 9 a.m. appt. I was greeted before even getting out of the car by a friendly professional who quickly pulled up my appointment and directed me to my service tech, Doug. He confirmed everything and I was out the door - not even 5 minutes. At home, I got a text message listing several things (with explanations and costs) that came up in the initial inspection.
