Michael was informative and patient as I was making a decision on the purchase of my new Kia
Dealership diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately, however, communication was minimal and I had to initiate each conversation. In the end, I stopped by the garage for an update and found out the car was ready but I hadn’t been notified.
