Usual car buying games, haggling over price. Sales people concentrate on payments, I concentrate on bottom line. After purchase, lack of follow up. I requested window guards and a week later no one has let me know if the 2024 will fit a 2025. Left a message for the finance department to ask a question - no call back. Dealership is not as nice as others in the area. Salespeople don't even have a decent place to hang out and wait for customers. Folding chairs...
They did a great job, the only complaint is how long it took to diagnose the issue, it was two hours before they told me what the problem was and what they needed to do to repair the problem, the girl that I spoke with was very friendly and told me what my options were, once they had diagnosed the problems it was another two hours, which I understand completely, it takes time to do the repairs. If I have any other service needs I will be glad to return for service, I would also recommend your dealership to family and friends... read more
Great service, I found service to be professional, efficient and courteous. Left my car clean as well.
Why I did the 3 star? I have problem with alternator on my 2013 Sorento. Plus was the technician make the possible repair quick in same day. But when I got my car I discover my AC do not work. Because I work that day (Monday) I return Tuesday talk to Chris about that. He and service supervisor state my AC is leaking and this is the reason the AC do not work and they sad the repair man do not touch my AC, next they state my valve cover leaking oil and lot of another problems.
