The service experience was excellent, Douglas kept us informed on progress because we waited at dealership service waiting room. However your service waiting room could use some update! Furniture not very comfortable. I know it's not a Mercedes-Benz dealership but your furniture could be updated! ??
Waiting room needs updated. . Furniture not designed for disabled people. Too many personal items in sight plants and all telephone conversations can be heard but people waiting.
