It was an amazing experience, I was looking forward to the back and forth with the closer and the manger but they met my price and accessories on the car !!!! That’s what I was disappointed more with lol 😂

Everything good EXCEPT I keep getting surveys which is really annoying. This is the 3rd one.
I only went there because my car was a 2021 Kia soul that had been recalled
The problem was resolved and an appointment was made. Luckily for us, the parts were under warranty and it was done well. No more problem with this.
Customer service was A1, service worker assisted. me in many ways that made me feel like she was doing all she could to get me prices and information that did not pertain to her department. GREAT communication skills with keeping me posted about what was going on with my car and car warranty plan (which was not so much of a pain with her assisting). 5-star rating to her.BIG THANK YOU
They were efficient and knowledgeable! They took time to explain what was needed. Called as soon as car was ready.
Great experience and expedient service Needed to get on the road and Tyler made sure he found my part and got them to promptly get it installed.
