Great! Rudy, my salesman, stayed overtime,giving up his Friday nite, to accommodate my schedule. This was my first car purchase and Rudy made it effortless and a good experience. My mother was with me and felt the dealership was excellent and very attuned to the needs of the customer.

Courteous, Fast and Effortless From our first Contact with Christine in Internet Sales through Jim Jones arriving in my driveway with our 2019 KIA Soul, our experience was a surprising easy transaction. very easy to do work with We leased a Forte and was very satisfied with the car and process! I don't think I could have gotten a better deal somewhere else! No pressure, when I feel pressure I walk. We have not used the service department yet.

Recall Issue Brought my Forte in for a airbag control unit that was recalled. I was promptly greeted and turned over to Chris who was very professional and courteous. I was told it would take about one hour, which it did. Even though I didn't have to pay for anything I was still treated with respect. I was informed by Chris at one point to let me know that my car was almost ready. Nice place to do business with. Thanks again

Fast and efficient No hassles, in and out in one hour for oil change, tire rotation and one minor addition of a piece of missing hardware. Only miss was manufacturer's recall for which the necessary replacement part was not available.
