Excellent service The service was completed quickly. Very friendly staff. I was offered complimentary snacks and drinks. I was updated regularly on the progress and status of my car.

replacement of warranty partr everything was smooth and correct. service people were attentive and polite. the car was washed and clean. it was conveniently parked near the back door and exiting the parking lot was easy

Fixed a problem they created quickly and cheerfully When we got the car back from the completion of adding underspray coating we noticed that the engine cover had a hole in it from the car being incorrectly put in the air. They apparently missed the hard point with the lift. The service manager quickly acknowledged the problem, and ordered the parts. they called when the parts arrived, and had a loaner car waiting for us when we arrived. They fixed the problem quickly and were apologetic about it happening in the first place... read more

Another year of worry-free driving! The service department has given me another year of not worry-free driving! I knew what my vehicle needed, and that I was charged a very reasonable amount. They explained everything so I understood it. And when I got into my car (I am short and sit on 2 pillows) Mike showed me the lever to adjust the seat's height. I only wish that grocery stores could make items on the top 2 shelves accessible...
