Very positive experience It's always been a pleasure having our car serviced at Daytona Kia. The waiting area is clean, with good coffee, and all the amenities. The service staff are friendly and politie, and the wait is reasonable.

Oil Change Decided to stop in to Daytona KIA to get an oil change on my 2018 KIA Sorento. I did not have an appointment. I drove up to the service area entrance and was immediately greeted by a service rep who directed me to Randy Hecker (Service Advisor). I told Randy that I would like an oil change with Full Synthetic Oil and to check the vehicle over. Expect The Best Many visits to Daytona Kia over the last 2 1/2 years. Always greeted by friendly/ courteous employees. Service advisers keep you updated on progress as you wait. Have only had one visit where it took longer than expected but generally very prompt. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Very good experience Unlike other dealerships, when I drove onto the lot, there were no salespersons circling around my car like vultures before I could open my door. I met a very knowledgeable Rudy Marino who helped me find what I was looking for and answered all my questions. He then turned me over to Devin Rogers for the financial side of the team to do the negotiations which went reasonably well (you always wonder if you could have saved another dollar here or there), In the end, I'm happy with the deal, and although the... read more

dealership gave us a deal we did not expect the non push to the friendly atmosphere of buying and trading a car has never been fun until now. Dino our salesman was a little whirl wind for his age. could not have got a better one if we asked. Devin gave us respect and knowledge that elder folks seldom see or get these days. mike zelenko handle my car service well and was polite. a 4 star is good. been using kia service center since 2012 when I bought my car. I like my soul, ride really good and very comfortable too. but I do wish trunk area was a little bigger.
