The car salesman I worked with was very diligent during the process with trying to get me to purchase my vehicle. Unfortunately, following the purchase when I had questions and concerns a day or two later, I did not get the same treatment. I still have not heard back a week later. That part has been disappointing, it implies to me that the goal is the sale for the moment, not further retention of the customer…. Because we do buy again.
Awesome place, awesome people, great customer service, great value, would send anyone there for a great deal.
Service Advisor Meghan is wonderful. Repairs completed as expected. Just a little disappointed that it didn't get a bath after Service, but I'll survive.
