The appointment was made by calling the service center. When I arrived the staff was kind and courteous. Then I waited in the lounge and the car was finished on time as predicted by the service representative. Then a service rep explain to me what was done to the car at checkout. The total experience was excellent, keep up the good work
The service lobby is clean and friendly for waiting. If i need a ride to work it is also easy and available. Wait times are consistent with promises or better
