Excellent service Had an appointment. Mike was professional and pleasant. Recall service was completed in an acceptable amount of time while I waited. Read the newspaper and watched a little TV and I was ready to go. Overall great experience.

very impressed Went in to have tail light replace . I ask to have oil changed, was told by Chris I still had a couple thousand miles before it was due.

Bought a New Kia Rio The overall experience was great. My wife and I test drove 4 separate vehicles and finally decided upon the 2019 Kia Rio. I just hit 600 miles today and I'm thrilled with the Rio. The car rides smooth and is currently averaging 37 MPG. My salesman Dino was great. Dino was able to answer all my questions and seemed eager to let me test drive as many cars as possible. The Floor manager was very personable and the finance guy wasn't pushy at all. Recall and oil change I had a great experience there today. I had a recall fixed and an oil change on my Sedona and I really enjoyed the experience. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and i was concerned it would be a long wait..but we were in and out in under an hour. And while we waited she had snacks and drinks.. and even charged her tablet while we were there. Very friendly associates. Thanks agian Kia... And I got back a clean car... Nice treat

Kia Soul Oil Change They got my car in and out within 1 hour and that was faster than any location usually can do. They offered complimentary coffee, water and snacks as well as wifi while I waited
