Repair Car was ready a day sooner than promised. Appears to be fixed. Service was great. Car was cleaned and ready to go when I arrived.

Recall/Service I had to take my wife's car in for a recall while there it was brought to my attention that I needed new brakes as well. The service center fixed all my issues in a timely manner and had my car back on the road that day. I've been to this location a few times and after this latest visit I'll make sure to do all my business there.

Still Awesome I went in for a re-call of my 2013 Kia...didn't want a fire in my engine...love my Kia tooo much. Arrived early for my appointment, told it would take an hour...it was done in 30 minutes........waiting that short length of time, I was comfortable,cool and read my book till the gentleman came and said..."all done".....I thank you again for a pleasant experience and feel safe once agin to drive my little Kia that I just love......Carole R.

Service! the Service Dept. has had its ups and downs through the years but is definitely turned things around. Super service now! It was explained to me what would be done and Mike accepted my coupons sent to me and I was informed about my "free" oil change and given a free car wash. GO MIKE!! Nice to know before hand what my baby's check up was all about!

RECALL VISIT I called in response to a recall letter, and was quickly scheduled for the next opening, only 2 days away. The procedure took less than an hour, everyone I dealt with were courteous and helpful answering questions regarding the recall and safety concerns.

Almost great, but not quite After spending a considerate amount of money, at least to me, the vehicle started running strange before i was 2 blocks away after picking it up after work.Trying to accelerate while I'm stopped at a light which freaked me out. Drove a bit further stopped at another light and the vehicle died on me. I started the car and pulled off the road . Hoping my service guy hadn't left yet i called. Thank God he hadn't.
