Walked in with little to no idea on what I was or could be buying that day. To much surprise I had the best experience at Kia of Daytona because William Atwell approach my mother and I and quickly cut to the chase with such a welcoming and comforting demenor. He helped me not with just the car I purchased but with a boost of fresh air knowing that I’m not alone! I will recommend him to anyone, he is very skilled at his job! Had an amazing experience thank you for everything William!!
Just moved into the Daytona Beach area. This was my 1st appointment and I couldn't be more satisfied with the overall experience. The gentleman that greeted me was extremely courteous and helpful!!

The service was great!As soon as I arrived, a lady from The service was great! As soon as I arrived, a lady from your Service Department came out to check whether or not I had an appointment. I was immediately directed to go in and see your Representative, who was friendly and professional. This individual took the mileage on my car, familiarized me with the paperwork, as well as offered to have my car washed upon leaving After the work was completed, I left having felt confident that my car was in top-notch condition.
Went in for my free oil change and it took 2 hours but they do offer you a ride to anywhere you want while you wait so it’s not too bad, just make sure you have plenty of time.
Bought a Telluride, one of the best vehicles we ever owned..The whole Daytona Kia team was great to work with. Especially Gail! Couldn’t be happier!
The young man who greeted me at my car when I brought it in for service was informative, kind, and took the time to explain all questions I had regarding the performance of my Kia Soul. With the exception of one customer, everyone was wearing masks. I felt pretty safe and comfortable while waiting.

Even so my salesperson was great there were a lot of things that made my experience pretty bad. Internet sale manager was the worse off all, between to the point of being disrespectful and very rude, to be clear he did apologize, if it wasn't that it was such a great deal I would have walked away right on the moment he opened up his mouth. The gentleman that preped my docs Never spoke anything or showed me numbers, never went with me thru the docs and explained anything, just showed were to sign and that was it.
