Great dealership, great salesperson, and great price. Brian is a fantastic salesperson. I never purchased a vehicle this quickly, I couldn't believe how easy of a process it was. The pricing was great too.
Would have given a higher score. But they didn’t payoff my trade in when they said they would. Made another car payment not been reimbursed for that 425.00 payment. I was told I would receive a check last week 🥲

Depends too many times after an oil change I have had to return due to oil leaking. It was addressed but could at least offer a free oil change or something next time. I tell them every time to make sure not leaking
I had been to other dealerships, but Keith @ Kia was the only one who listened to what I wanted to accomplish and did everything in his power to make that happen. I could not have been happier with the experience, or with my car!!

My service consultant was excellent and completed my service above and beyond. He offered a service that I was unaware of...he had my car washed. The service was completed to my satisfaction. My concern was about the other service members and management who did not wear masks. My service consultant was very thoughtful of me and to the other customers' health, however, many other employees did not consider the importance of the customer and their health as to the spread of the virus. Devin was one of the easiest, nicest, and most efficient people to work with. He listened to my needs, kept me at/around my budget, and offered me the most valued trade in for my car compared to other dealers prior to going to Kia.
