Great car buying experience! They understood that I was willing to travel 3 hours to find the deal that I was looking and made it happen for me! The price for their vehicle combined with the trade in value provided for mine, made it an easy decision that they were the right dealership to work with. Very professional, courteous and accommodating.
Very pleased and happy. I have had my Kia from new and due to travel service is often at different Kia locations. This was my first time taking my Optima to this Kia service center and I was very impressed with the representative who checked me in answering my questions. I checked out when I was told the car was ready and wow when I went outside there was the car all clean, even the tires had been cleaned. Amazing.
Kia has been fantastic since I bought my car last year. Every one is super nice and friendly and they have taken care of everything I needed. Keep on rocking guys!
Overall, the experience was outstanding. I was provided a fair trade in value for my trade-in and was able to purchase the new vehicle I was looking for at a great price with minimal negotiations. Also the opportunity to be accommodated so early in the morning after driving from Savannah, GA made this purchase well worth it. Devin was very professional through the entire transaction and respected what I was looking for without trying to sway me in a different direction.

Dan (service manager) and CJ were extremely helpful and made sure that everything was taken care of when I brought in my brand new 2021 Kia Telluride as it was having some radar sensor issues.
My salesman was Brian. He did a great job of helping me find what I wanted and getting the payment very close to what I wanted. The finance department sent my incorrect date of birth over to Kia financing so that caused an issue. Also, I was told I’d receive my new license plate in about a week (I’m leasing). Even though I reached out to the dealership, the tags still expired with no call from the dealership. I had to reach out a second time and worry about getting a ticket for expired plates. I arrived 15 min early and service writer CJ was at lunch. A real nice girl helped me to get my car in for the oil change! When CJ came in, I gave him my name and asked some questions! After waiting an hour, I asked him how much longer and he said who is your Person! The nice girl next to him had to tell him it was me! Not good customer service!
