I'd reserve judgment on the overall dealership since I only purchased a new vehicle and there was no financing needed, so I dealt only with two sales people. William Atwell was the primary sales person and he was extremely knowledgeable, patient and easy to deal with. Shaheed Henry was the second and he also helped us quite a bit. I would recommend either one wholeheartedly.
When I first got there someone greeted me outside. We went in wrote up work order then I was given a ride home. I was called later that day when car was done and a ride was sent to me very nice. The repair was perfect and car was clean thank you very much. See you next service.
Since 2011 they have been a really good dealership to deal with. I have to say I messed up and went elsewhere and boy was I wrong. Kia definitely treats their customers with respect.
Great staff and the best service. CJ at service has always helped me and he's been very accomadating to your needs.Daniel the service manager diagnosed my cars problem with his iPad and quickly fixed the problem with an update. Very knowledgeable crew.
