Overall good experience it took 45 minutes to do oil change and inspection to see if an additional services was needed washed and vacuum my car

I needed my oil changed and gear shift checked. I got oil changed but my gear shift wasn't checked. I was told I would have to make another appointment. How ever everything else was great
Didn't go in actually intending to trade, but left with a new Sportage. Mr. Henry was both professional and a truly nice man!! Sometimes salesmen can be a huge turnoff, but this was an amazing experience!!
Great experience. Rodney was very professional and helpful, he never try to push the sale and that call my attention from the beginning, he was very natural. At the time to close my transaction, the financial department when about and beyond and surprise me doing all my paper work for me. I can't rate the manager, he never introduce to me, but He also help.
Brian helped me in every way I could think of. I'm happy with the vehicle I purchased and I couldn't ask for anything better. They took care of my previous vehicle by paying it off like I asked. I would rate more stars If I could.
My overall experience was great from the beginning to the end starting with the sales person to the finance manager. Devin and David were great I recommend Daytona Kia to anyone. And I’m in love with my car

I felt rushed. I came in to repair a nail in my tire. I was told it couldn't be repaired. I ended up by two new tires but they didn't have time to balance my wheels before doing so. And rushed me out the door before closing. I didn't feel good about this visit at all.
