This was our first time at Daytona Kia and their first impression went well with us. Every dealership will have a different layout and they were quick to show us where we needed to be. We were in for a recall and routine maintenance. Not one staff member did we pass that did not greet us and or open a door. I’m looking forward to our next Kia purchase through Daytona. It will be our 3rd Kia but our 1st with them and hopefully more to come.
The servicing department was absolutely fantastic but your used car my sales department mgr after the sales absolutely sucked they didn’t do anything for me they said they was going to do in fact they confuse the matters even worse and your sales manager after the sales a couple days later still didn’t do what he said he was going to do it took a week and I finally got fed up and he laughed at me as I walked away & drove away.
