On time service. Answered all our concerns and operating questions. Had a few words with our original salesman Cameron as he checked in with me during service to offer his time for questions etc about our new Sorento.
The master technician took time at the end of his day to go for a ride with me to try and figure out what was going on with my vehicle.
Fantastic customer service!!!! Everybody was very helpful and friendly. I was really happy that a shuttle was offered to take me back to my school campus and pick me back up once my vehicle was serviced.
Luis was very personable and professional. The finance department was quick and efficient. I could not be more happy with our overall experience at Daytona Kia !
