Kia service is excellent from when you pull up until the car is ready. They make sure to offer you water/coffee. Update you on when your car will be ready.
Wonderful service. .very pleasant staff..very clean and bright waiting area..refreshment area was stocked and clean.
The salesman was friendly, and listened to my needs. I was happy with the 'quote' I received. however the final payment figure changed. He could have explained some more of the features on the vehicle also. I am overall pleased with the vehicle and service that I reeived.

My service advisor Doug is the most helpful and knowledgeable employee I’ve ever worked with. If I came in and Doug was off , I would wait till the next day to come back. He is wonderful!
Service took longer than expected. The chrome trim they sold me was too short & they had to get another piece from Mitsubishi .
