Friendly, clean sitting area, been taking my car there since 2013.....a driver drives me home, picks me up..takes me back to my car.......people there all, caring;;;my old car in great condition

Great customer service and knowledge of the cars I love the Kia forte and all the safety features
The first time, the service guy was annoyed with me. The second time it has to be towed cause the tech over tightened the filter till the o ring popped.. the window issue was never resolved.
The service dept bent over backwards to make something right their salesmen caused!! I went in to look at a new Sorento. The only thing I ask is it had Sat XM Radio he assured me it did, so we made a deal and in the process this sales person takes my old license plate from my old car and puts it on my new car with bolts that didn’t fit half the bolt was sticking out of the hole and the plate was loose. When I tried to change it out the hole was stripped so I had to take it back to service to have them figure this out. Not on... read more
Excellent help at service however no one ever answers the phone. I called 5x different departments. Sales, service, parts. I've had this problem the last time I was in. I was told I'm not the only one that complaints
