Bought a CPO Jetta from them and they sold it to us with a clean Car Fax. Short story— we had a warranty issue and it was like pulling teeth to get them to back the work. Disappointing.
STAY AWAY! I would give zero stars if possible. We were screwed over from the sale, sold a brand new car with a big ash they promised to fixed before pickup. We brought it in for work two years ago and told them upfront if it needed a transmission to not fix it, we’d get something else. Car was in for almost a month. After two weeks the rep said "I know you didn't want to replace the transmission but we did". Over $7k worth of repairs and it didn't pass inspection!!! Now they offer $500 to buy the car back. I would not recommend because of the lack of communication between saleswoman Jane and the service department. Shaun Berryman, the manager is also a loose cannon that cannot control his emotions. He said my time was not valuable and that I would either wait or go and he was going to do nothing about it. He also gave me his business card so I can make sure to spell his name correctly.
