Do not shop here. I repeat do not shop here. Emailed, called, emailed, call and still no answer to a bill for my lease payoff which I paid to them when I purchased a new vehicle. What kind of hoops must your so called customer jump through to get some answers? To make it worst I paid you to pay Nissan lease. Yet still getting a collection notice?? Does that make sense. This is one of the worst places to do business with. Do not let Franklyn Veloz take a deposit unless you know you have an approval from the bank for a loan. He will make you believe he can get you deals and approved when he can not. Then he will leave you wondering for a week what is going on with the loan or car. Then when you start to call them to find out what is going on they tell you they will call you back and never do. Then they get mad when you call them again. I have had 8 years of blissful service from this dealership. However, my experience with the parts department today has left a sour taste in my mouth. I purchased a sensor last Friday on a hunch that it would fix my problem. Before I bought it..I asked if I would be able to return the part if I didn't install it.
