We have been going to Commonwealth motors for years. In the most recent years, their service has gone downhill. Recommending brakes be replaced when they didn’t even meet the criteria. Car steering wheels with grease from the Technician on it. Recently we put new tires on my husband‘s Nissan Frontier which were the identical tires, buy 3 get 1 free. I would not recommend because of the lack of communication between saleswoman Jane and the service department. Shaun Berryman, the manager is also a loose cannon that cannot control his emotions. He said my time was not valuable and that I would either wait or go and he was going to do nothing about it. He also gave me his business card so I can make sure to spell his name correctly. Shady dealer! Most vehicles under a 3-5k market adjustment ABOVE MSRP. Do not support shady dealers by giving in. Don’t expect to purchase a car at MSRP at this location. Bill Dodge Nissan of Saco in Maine sell cars at MSRP. I wholeheartedly recommend them instead. Support transparent dealers that are not trying to take advantage of you. I purchased my 2015 Nissan Sentra over 2 years ago and within the 1st year a roof molding came off on my roof.moulding was replaced no cost under warranty then it happened again and again.all under warranty. False advertisement with no apology
I’d give them zero stars but that’s not an option. So I bring my 2012 Nissa Versa into the dealership to have the transmission serviced. Car has 133,000 miles(after everything I’ve read I’m lucky). $338 later the car has the CVT fluid changed. 3 days and 300 miles later the car has complete transmission failure. Are you serious, I have preventative maintenance done to take care of the car and it’s ruined. I went 3 times for tire rotation and oil change however I got 3 different charges my first was $58.76 the 2nd was only $48.76 and the last one was $62.76 on july 3,2017.
