Update as of 8/15/16, thank you Eric for reaching out to discuss my frustrations. I feel better now and understand that the recalls weren't open yet. Hopefully over the next few weeks I can get all the other issues sorted out with the van as I really do love my kia. Terrible customer service in the service department on multiple occasions. Continuing to have the same issues despite them "fixing it" over a year, and multiple 30 mile trips up there my van wouldn't start again tonight.
