RecommendedCommonwealth kia is the absolute best, our salesman, Bob McLean is amazing, the financial guys are top notch...Love that place & my brand new Kia...brand new& they saved me money each month!!!
I have been outright lied to multiple times about my 2018 Kia sportage and it's warranty. The managers constantly deflect the issues and then try to get me to buy something new only to tell me they will give me a trade in value of $500 because my vehicle needs work! The work needed is covered under warranty and that's all I want is for it to be fixed but they refuse. I'll call corporate on Monday. The people in the finance department are no better always changing the numbers and trying to confuse you into not noticing.

I would not recommend because of the lack of communication between saleswoman Jane and the service department. Shaun Berryman, the manager is also a loose cannon that cannot control his emotions. He said my time was not valuable and that I would either wait or go and he was going to do nothing about it. He also gave me his business card so I can make sure to spell his name correctly. Update as of 8/15/16, thank you Eric for reaching out to discuss my frustrations. I feel better now and understand that the recalls weren't open yet. Hopefully over the next few weeks I can get all the other issues sorted out with the van as I really do love my kia. Terrible customer service in the service department on multiple occasions. Continuing to have the same issues despite them "fixing it" over a year, and multiple 30 mile trips up there my van wouldn't start again tonight.
