RecommendedWe were traveling from Maryland to Maine. Our brakes started making a terribly screeching noise. We pulled into the dealership after 4PM on holiday Friday afternoon. Without hesitation, Service Advisers Sarah and Madison, consulted with the tech who was looking to leave shortly. They were compassionate to our situation and helped us out. RecommendedSarah in the service department was such a pleasure to work with. She made us feel important from the moment we walked in until we picked the car up. Communication was fantastic and she set us up with a rental car within an hour at a location closer to our home to make it easier for us. So, far we're very happy with the new engine and the other work we had done on the vehicle as well. I highly recommend Commonwealth Kia!!!
