Called to bring my car up for the 3 recalls on it and hail damage. I was told to come any day. I called back to verify to come any day at any time to bring the car as long as I had my insurance claim assigned to Cole. I drove the 1 hour and 30 minutes here to be told to come back on Thursday. Their hail guy isn't here. And that then I will have to drive back up a 3rd time to get the actual repairs and recalls done. Really?!? I called twice to verify I was given the correct information. what could they improve? just about everything. service, vehicle service, workers, pay and all. I would not recommend dealing with any of the cole dealerships at all. worst experience ever

Worst car dealership around. If only alot of you saw first hand how the cars they sell are treated. They took a trade in on a challenger & failed to realize the transmission was going out. I told them about it when I worked for them and they said " well its too late now" do you think anyone can notice if they drive it? If not, we will just do a quick sell on it" this is the type of people you are dealing with buying from this company

We went for a system update, was told we needed new brakes and spark plugs. They would be HAPPY to take care of all of that for us for the low low cost of $749!!!!! Um, yeah. Bunch of crooks. We bought the parts at AutoZone for $149 and our mechanic (who is excellent btw) is charging us $50 labor. What's that extra $550 for Cole? This is why we refuse to deal with this company. Disgusting markup. Not at all surprised though.
