I’m gonna personally call tomorrow and there gonna hear every little thing that I have to say I didn’t even have the car 6 months and the whole thing just stopped completely lights and all sent it to them and then they said it was fine now here I am not even had in 14 months and the transmissions basically done for. At first they said they’d fix it but now it’s every bs excuse as to why they can’t. Word of advice take your cars and buy your cars else where.

I had the worst experience with Salesman Cody sears at the Kia car lot. They appraised my car, and he told me they could only give me 40k dollars for my vehicle. I told him , I do not want to negotiate. I would have to pay off for the vehicle at 47k. He then asked his manager if he could do that, and he agreed. At this time, he came back to me and said we are good to pay it off. Now, he has a paper for me to sign in order for my credit to be run. I bought a 2023 Kia Sportage from them, a $35,000 car mind you, and was promised three free tanks of gas since they don’t give oil changes anymore. I went in to redeem the second tank and was told that because I didn’t give them perfect 10s on a survey, the deal was off. This was never disclosed as a stipulation. Called the dealership to confirm car we wanted to look/test drive was there they said yes it was there, then the dealership called back to yet again confirm it was there. Got a call the night before from sales manager making sure we were coming sd yes we were. Drove 1.5 hrs next day got there and told nope they didn’t have that car or any like it that it was a “Flub” up on their part! That is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced!! Will NEVER go back or recommend!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called about a Seltos and drove an hour and a half to go look at it. I get there and tell the guy, I think Chris, my budget for a payment and that I wanted the Seltos. He says yeah! Of Course! ( I had been in communication for several days for only the Seltos. No other vehicles).. Called to bring my car up for the 3 recalls on it and hail damage. I was told to come any day. I called back to verify to come any day at any time to bring the car as long as I had my insurance claim assigned to Cole. I drove the 1 hour and 30 minutes here to be told to come back on Thursday.
