I was scheduling my oil change and at the end of the call Skylan my daughter said bye as I was hanging up. Not even a minute later Tabitha called back and said she believed she heard a little girl tell her bye and she wanted to tell her bye. I put her on speaker and Sky just grinned the entire time she talked to her �� I love kind hearted people!!!
Cole Honda does have friendly service. However they are overpriced and wait time is unacceptable. I had an appointment for 11:30 a.m. for oil/filter change, tire rotation and coolant exchange. Was there 2 1/2 hours. One customer we were talking with was there over 2 hours just for an oil change. Won’t be back.

Service department did not perform all requested services (oil change, tire rotation, recall work) when I called them back, they were adamant they had. My maintenance minder hadn’t been reset, the oil change sticker hadnt been reprinted, a look under the car revealed the dust cover hadn’t been removed or touched for access to the oil filter, dipstick oil sample was 2 shades darker than fresh oil (see photo) I marked my tires so I would know whether they’d been rotated or not— and they hadn’t.
