Tabitha at Cole Honda has to be the sweetest! I've never met her but I just know it! I was scheduling my oil change and at the end of the call Skylan my daughter said bye as I was hanging up. Not even a minute later Tabitha called back and said she believed she heard a little girl tell her bye and she wanted to tell her bye. I put her on speaker and Sky just grinned the entire time she talked to her �� I love kind hearted people!!!
Cole Honda does have friendly service. However they are overpriced and wait time is unacceptable. I had an appointment for 11:30 a.m. for oil/filter change, tire rotation and coolant exchange. Was there 2 1/2 hours. One customer we were talking with was there over 2 hours just for an oil change. Won’t be back.
Service department did not perform all requested services (oil change, tire rotation, recall work) when I called them back, they were adamant they had. My maintenance minder hadn’t been reset, the oil change sticker hadnt been reprinted, a look under the car revealed the dust cover hadn’t been removed or touched for access to the oil filter, dipstick oil sample was 2 shades darker than fresh oil (see photo) I marked my tires so I would know whether they’d been rotated or not— and they hadn’t. Call before dropping car off for warranty work they don’t have loner cars as stated on recall paperwork from Honda
I dropped my car off last Monday 12/2 to be repaired since that was the only place in town that can supposedly work on a hybrid. I was quoted almost $1600 to fix it and was told my car would be ready by Thursday or Friday. Here it’s is Tuesday 12/10, 8 days later and I still do not have my car. I live 8 hours away from blue field West Virginia and was supposed to go home days ago but I’m still sitting here trying to make it back home to Florida.
