The customer service and everything to do with the The customer service and everything to do with the employees was very good, However, most people in this area don't make over 20 an hour. So to charge 225 an hour for labor is absolutely heartbreaking and ridiculous. When someone buys a car from a company, it's ridiculous that that company charges so much to work on. Let's be realistic $225. An hour is outrageous.

I look forward to seeing my check show up. He has his head into GM policy on newer vehicles, but mine is a 2014 with a 157,600 miles with an extended warranty from an off brand company.

Beware of “shotgunning” This dealership ran a credit check on me through four different banks without my permission. Upon investigation I found that this is a common, if dubious, practice called “shotgunning”. I was co-signing for my son. When I called to complain about this I was directed to the manager whose name, I believe, is Joe. Of course, my message wasn’t returned.

Beware of the service department Beware of this dealership. A simple oil change and my vehicle comes out of the complimentary car wash with the gloss finish removed with chemical staining on my dealer installed accessories. My expensive wheels say to use no harsh chemicals-only mild dish soap, or warranty is voided. Service manager was aware of this damage yet doesn't follow up or even return voice mails. Extremely unsatisfactory and totally unprofessional service.
