Excellent Purchase Experience! We had a great transaction, as we recently traded in 2 different model vehicles for one new XT5. Bruce and Paul at Autonation in Port Richey were fantastic to work with and made (what could have been a difficult) very easy. HEAVEN ON EARTH FOR CADILLAC CAR OWNERS. AWESOME SVC. TEAM BY FAR. A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHAT A CADILLAC OWNER CAN EXPECT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Awesome Dealership I just moved to the area and this was my first experience with this dealership. Words can't express the EXCELLENT service I received from Paul and Bruce. They stayed on top of everything and met all my expectations. Everyone there seemed very nice, was greeted with a smile from everyone that I came in contact with. OUTSTANDING BUYING EXPRIENCE! Early November I started to look for a new vehicle to replace my 2013 ATS. About 8 Dealers met my criteria and from a lot of research it came down to 3 models . After visiting the dealers and test driving the vehicles I eliminated 1 model and all but 2 dealers. EXCELLENT! Very competent, friendly and very helpful. The salesperson who helped us, Bruce Pileggi, was phenomenal. There was no "sales pressure" from the time we walked through the door to the time we left. We first contacted AutoNarion by email and received a response immediately to our inquiry. Wonderful Dealership!! Super Staff!! Highly Recommend!! I purchased my vehicle almost 2 years ago from Auto Nation. They were wonderful and made the entire process stress free! Not pushy, very informative and helpful. I recently worked with Jeremy and had service done on my vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about Jeremy and the entire service department team. Cadillac of Port Richey is the best! worked with Bruce Pileggi in sales , shocked when he said to take car home for the day and decide if i wanted to purchase it. No pressure, he was an awesome salesperson to work with, I recommend asking for him if you want to purchase a car. I believe i got a great deal on my purchase, would recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a cadillac. Bruce in finance was also very helpful, great team.
