I recently purchased a BMW and used my CTS as trade in, however, begged for my Cadillac back! I did not like the car and equally as important, I was disappointed with the customer service (lack of) at BMW, WesleyChapel, FL. It's so hard to give up stellar customer service from Alfredo at Auto Nation, Port Richey, FL. We have our 6 year old CTS back so we'll be seeing Alfredo again soon.
