I recently purchased a BMW and used my CTS as trade in, however, begged for my Cadillac back! I did not like the car and equally as important, I was disappointed with the customer service (lack of) at BMW, WesleyChapel, FL. It's so hard to give up stellar customer service from Alfredo at Auto Nation, Port Richey, FL. We have our 6 year old CTS back so we'll be seeing Alfredo again soon.
Dropped car off at apartment time and it was returned close to the estimated time.
My sales person Jacklyn Waskiewacz was absolutely amazing. No one was pushy and I felt very comfortable with the whole process of buying my car. This dealership is my starting point should I need another vehicle in the future.
Bought new XT5 for cash. In and out in very short time with no problems. Would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent Purchase Experience! We had a great transaction, as we recently traded in 2 different model vehicles for one new XT5. Bruce and Paul at Autonation in Port Richey were fantastic to work with and made (what could have been a difficult) very easy. HEAVEN ON EARTH FOR CADILLAC CAR OWNERS. AWESOME SVC. TEAM BY FAR. A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHAT A CADILLAC OWNER CAN EXPECT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
