Wonderful Experience Chris Sims, my salesman, was knowledgeable, upbeat, kind, funny, and concerned that I get the best deal possible. He smoothed the way for Howard, the finance guy, to obtain a very low-interest rate for me, and for the manager to give me a reasonable trade-in amount AND a loyalty rebate. The service writer explained everything & updated me. Execellent experience. The service writer explained everything they were going to do, what it would cost and how long it would take. He even found me a spoon for the yogurt I brought to eat while waiting. They washed my car, too.
