I don't even know where to begin. I literally started my search in December and decided on the OUTLANDER PHEV in Jan. I called EVERY DEALERSHIP in the state, no one had answers, or responded to emails. The closest Mitsubishi dealership, ignored me and when they saw I was serious about a car, they tried to sell me the regular OUTLANDER, then they claimed I had to put $ down for the PHEV and when one became available, they'd order it- THEY RAISED THE PRICE $20,000.00 above MSRP. We had a awesome experience with Tally Mitsubishi. We traveled from Albany to here just for their customer service. From their sales manager to their salesman to the fiance people. Everyone was so helpful and worked hard to get you the best deal. Alex was our sales lady and she made sure we were comfortable the whole time.
