RecommendedCapital City Mitsubishi have great and kind and we'll experienced sells men they work as a team. The team will work with you and will make sure you get a nice car off the lot also they answer all your questions with a great and positive response. I will refer anybody to them.
I've taken my car here a many times previously with old management, but this most recent encounter with so called “new management” has been the worst I've ever experienced. I took my car in for a repair. When arrived, I had the service manager examine under the hood with me. They recommended I replace the engine. They found an engine added $100 to the bill for possible "extra parts” totaling $5,500 to order. We wanted to take advantage of a lease offer they have listed on their website. When we reached out to them, we were told they were not doing leases. We referred them to their website and were told they'd call us back....still waiting.
Don’t trust the service department they will scam you into a front end alignment at every oil change! It happened to us today!
