I have no idea how this place has stayed in business, as the service has become atrocious over the last 7 years. I have take 3+ vehicles there over 17 years, and the last one took them 2.5 months to get fixed. Then they argued with me about paying for the rental since it was a Ford problem with the parts, not insurance. Billy Howell Ford. Never Again. Although the purchase and delivery of my vehicle in December 2016 was an easy no hassle experience, this dealer by far has the most dismal and disappointing service department I have experienced. So it took 2 months yes two months for me to get my car back for a rear bumper. They just kept sayinglarts weren't in and then people took vacations and then people quit. Etc. Etc. Then they gave me attitude about it.
Horrible service and no communication. Originally told I would get my vehicle back in 2 weeks. Car had side body damage, no engine repair. Every time I called to check on progress, they would tell me another week and a half. Then they finally give me a day it will be ready. Called that day and was told another 4 days. WORST customer experience EVER... plus shop is a dump. Estimator took my Camaro, did paperwork, promised to call with an estimate in 3 days. NOTHING. Called a week later... voicemail, NO CALL BACK. Emailed... NO RESPONSE. This back and forth went on for nearly 2 weeks.
