Billy Howell ford collision Center Canton Highway, Cumming, GA. Everybody from the receptionist to the folks that did the repairs on my truck were absolutely fantastic professional and accommodating. The repairs were done on time and most importantly they communicated with me every step of the way. I'm very pleased with the outcome and quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend any auto repairs at this location.

Brought my wife's car in to have her bumper repaired. Great people and great service. They made a miserable experience tolerable. Hands off to them for communication and dealing with the insurance company. I don't want to have to use them again but if I have to I will.

Incredible customer service! Took my car there for some body work and Craig kept in constant communication with me from start to finish and reached out to me after I picked up the car to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service and work. My car looked brand new like nothing had happened so their work was perfect! Would most definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend them!

Fast and perfect!! Wrecked my car on a Thursday.Had it back in 5 days !! And the work was PERFECT!!! Will always buy my cars from Billy and fix and service them also!! Honest people !! Bill Howell himself called me after the work was finished to make sure I was happy. Great Dealership !

Stay away. I took my car there for a second quote on minor body work. First, the adjuster lied to me and told me the damage could not be fixed and needed all new parts. Secondly, their quote was $1600 more than what I was quoted down the street. Do yourself a favor and get a second quote.
