Some ways that Bill Cole Nissan could be improved is by, NOT LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! For some reason, it's extremely hard for them to keep their word. I've already posted on here once, but chose to delete it because they were "supposedly" going to make it right. Nope! We bought a 2018 Nissan Maxima back in September of last year. Caleb Copley agreed to give us two years of FREE OIL CHANGES and TIRE ROTATIONS. When we went in for the first oil change, they said it wasn't in the computer system. Imagine that! If I could give a no star I would. First off do not act like I'm stupid. I might be young, but I'm not stupid. Second, thank you for all the lies you told me and my parents.
